CAN I TAKE OUT A SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, you can out a subscription to three issues at any time.
This guarantees you a copy which will be posted out in advance of general
sales. This is something we advise as Issues 1 and 2 have sold out, plus we
always send out subscriber only stickers with each issue.
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE DIGITAL COPY OF HALB VIER?
We e-mail out a copy via Hightail usually within 2-4 hours
of purchase.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP HALB VIER?
We charge postage rates of £1.50 within the UK and £4.50
elsewhere. Whilst the overseas charges
may seem excessive, these are the rates that Royal Mail charge. We ship to the European
Union at cost and incur losses when posting further afield, however this is to
ensure that everybody can get a printed copy no matter where they live, at a reasonable
rate. To keep costs down we post second class
within the UK and internationally.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, the Royal Mail have stopped international tracking
during the Covid pandemic.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
These are exceptional times and undoubtedly the postal service is
operating more slowly than normal. If you have not received your copy of Halb

Unfortunately orders that are shipped by Royal
Mail International cannot be replaced until 28 days after initial posting.
